2020 will be dubbed as the year of COVID. The year that we were mostly in our homes, or one room, so that we don’t infect others. It’s the year we rely on electronics to get work done rather than being present in an office or a classroom environment to avoid the virus’s spread.⠀ ⠀
All in all, it’s been a challenging year. What do we do during this time, when we are stuck at home and bored? Well, we watch videos or movies. And who do we thank for this entertainment?⠀ ⠀
That’s right. Filmmakers and content creators.⠀ ⠀
Thanks to these professions, we can get our minds off of the troubling times occurring outside our doorstep. Why? Ultimately, these creators develop multimedia content for us to enjoy. This content may or may not be scripted, but one thing that we do know for sure is that they make us laugh and stay interested in a narrative while time evaporates away from us. Without them, we would surely be bored out of our skulls!⠀ ⠀
For these reasons, I would like to thank all of you filmmakers and content creators out there! Thank you for taking your time and energy to produce and edit videos or movies to help us stay content during and before these challenging times. Because of you guys, millions of people have something to look forward to when there isn’t much to do. We appreciate the outlet that you have provided us with!⠀
