According to Accenture estimates, across G20 countries, failing to meet the skills demand of the new technological era could put at risk $11.5 trillion in potential GDP growth over the next decade. Why? Because of outdated education and workplace training.

Keep in mind that there will be five generations working in the workplace together for the first time in known history. Education and training is an absolute necessity, no longer aimed at just for kids and young adults, but for everyone.
