- Follow the rules
- Be kind to them and they will be kind to you
- Realize they don’t have to serve you
- You do not write their paycheck
- You do not know more about their job in the moment
- If you want to call a manager, odds are that manager wont stop what they are doing to service you
- Be patient
- If the worker says they can’t, they can’t and wont
- Realize they are probably not a mind reader
- They are human too
- Thank them for risking their health and sanity for your product that you can’t get online
- Leave your bad mood at the door
